These pictures and videos are from the the revolutionary mobile Carrier-Advanced Reconfigurable Training System (C-ARTS) delivery that occurred on April 11, 2018. C-ARTS is the realization of an effort to improve the types and kinds of training readily available to naval personnel in response to the Navy’s Sailor 2025 training concept in the form of a High Velocity Learning Environment incorporating a wide variety of academic and hands-on learning with advanced virtual and augmented reality technology.
This project was complete as a freelancer with Powerhouse Planning, LLC.
